The role of Deli Shift Leader at Pilot Company involves supervising team members in the hot deli section, ensuring high standards of food quality and sanitation while delivering exceptional guest service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or a relevant supervisory role
- knowledge of food safety standards
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to maintain food quality and sanitation
- physical ability to stand for long periods and handle deli supplies
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
- incredible customer service skills and the ability to maintain a customer focused culture
- ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
