Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Relevant experience in food service industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical duties
- Must comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
- Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- Ensure food in the hot deli is fresh
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the deli area
- Keep the hot deli well stocked
- Provide excellent guest service
- Assist the Deli Manager in operational tasks
- Maintain food safety standards
