Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • Relevant experience in food service industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical duties
  • Must comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
  • Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Supervise team members in the hot deli area
  • Ensure food in the hot deli is fresh
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the deli area
  • Keep the hot deli well stocked
  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Assist the Deli Manager in operational tasks
  • Maintain food safety standards
