Job Requirements
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- experience in the food service industry
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong leadership and supervisory skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards in the deli area
- capability to ensure freshness of food and proper stock levels
Job Qualifications
- experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
- incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
- ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- supervise team members in the hot deli area
- assist the Deli Manager by ensuring the food in the hot deli is fresh
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the deli area
- keep the deli area well stocked
- provide excellent guest service
- adhere to food safety standards
- support team members and encourage a customer-focused culture
