Job Requirements

basic knowledge of food safety standards
experience in the food service industry
ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
strong leadership and supervisory skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards in the deli area
capability to ensure freshness of food and proper stock levels

Job Qualifications

experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
