The position of Deli Shift Leader at Pilot Company is a vital role that supports the Deli Manager in overseeing operations in the hot deli section of their retail locations. This role involves supervising team members to maintain high standards of food safety, ensuring that food items remain fresh, and that the work area is consistently clean and adequately stocked.
