Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food service industry
- knowledge of food safety standards
- strong leadership and supervision skills
- excellent communication abilities
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
- strong customer service skills
- ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members customers vendors and corporate representatives
- flexibility to work nights days weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise team members in the hot deli area
- assist the Deli Manager in daily operations
- ensure food in the hot deli is fresh and properly displayed
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the deli area
- help stock and replenish deli inventory
- uphold food safety standards and equipment maintenance
- provide excellent customer service and support a customer-focused environment
