The Deli Shift Leader position at Pilot Company is an integral role within the foodservice segment, particularly within the hot deli area. This supervisory role requires overseeing team members engaged in food preparation and customer service to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Deli Shift Leader supports the Deli Manager by guaranteeing food quality, freshness, and safety while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area to meet company standards.

- must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
