Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- have prior leadership experience
- possess or be willing to obtain necessary certifications
- demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills
- have a track record of delivering excellent customer service
- use time and resources efficiently
- act with integrity, pride, and passion
- baker applicants must have 1 year or more of bakery experience
- meat applicants must have knowledge of different meat cuts and processing tools
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience leading others
- certifications as required or willingness to obtain them
- ability to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience
- 1 year or more of bakery experience for bakery managers
- knowledge and experience in meat department operations for meat managers
- ability to use meat processing tools such as grinders and saws
- willingness to learn and adapt
