Efficient organization and teamwork within the deli department are imperative, and you will assist in completing required paperwork such as A/P logs and advertisements. Clear communication of department goals among employees is vital, and you will share accountability for achieving these goals. Adherence to safety policies, the Customer Service Pledge, dress code, and attendance requirements ensures the department functions smoothly and professionally.

This is a responsible role that requires physical capability, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and involves standing for extended periods while performing manual tasks.
