Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1-2 years experience in food service or retail deli
- working knowledge of service deli duties including food preparation and safety
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- leadership experience with ability to manage and train people
- knowledge of employment laws and company policies
- ability to lift and maneuver up to 55 pounds
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- good attendance record
- mental alertness and basic math proficiency
