Additionally, they execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and minimize shrink while catering to the community's needs.

Safety and compliance are critical components of the deli manager's role, requiring strict adherence to food safety practices, regulatory compliance, recall processes, and safety procedures. The manager fosters a culture of safety, ensures proper training, monitors for hazards, reports unsafe conditions, and ensures all equipment is maintained in safe operating condition. Job Duties
