We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, and honest individual to join our team as a Food Service Manager. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of food safety compliance and service quality within our establishment. The ideal candidate will be capable of multitasking effectively to manage various aspects of food service operations, including proper food preparation, temperature control, inventory and waste management, and customer service. This position demands a commitment to modeling excellent customer interactions and resolving any complaints or special requests promptly and professionally. In addition to these operational tasks, the role involves ensuring appealing product presentation in both hot and cold deli cases, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and department profitability.

Working hours primarily span from 5:45 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, though candidates should be flexible as occasional night and weekend shifts may be required. While prior experience in food service is advantageous, it is not mandatory because we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. Reliability and punctuality are essential traits for success in this role.
