Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years experience in deli operations or related field
- Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds regularly with occasional heavier lifting assistance
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures including ovens, freezers, and refrigerated cases
- Ability to use basic computer applications
- Commitment to maintaining all necessary certifications and training
- Reliable and predictable attendance
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Two years of experience in deli operations, food handling, or grocery retail
- Strong knowledge of deli preparation processes and food safety guidelines
- Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements
