Job Requirements

  • Ability to work at a fast pace in varying temperatures including coolers, kitchens, and freezers
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability on Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am-2pm with potential weekend shifts
  • Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
  • Commitment to punctuality and attendance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to interact tactfully with guests and personnel
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in fast food, deli, or restaurant environments preferred
  • Complete understanding of safety requirements and company policies
  • Proper training in equipment usage including slicers, fryers, and hot bar
  • Knowledge of perishable food handling
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and handling high-pressure situations

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional guest service
  • Offer assistance to guests including product recommendations
  • Fulfill guest orders and special requests efficiently
  • Maintain and garnish hot bar displays attractively
  • Collect food temperatures and maintain hot food logs
  • Organize, stock, clean, and label hot bar items
  • Address and resolve guest concerns using boomerang principle
  • Honor commitments with regular attendance and punctuality
  • Support the team with other duties as assigned
