Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and with assistance for heavier items
- Willingness to work in varying temperature environments including freezers and ovens
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Reliable and predictable attendance
- Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service
Job Qualifications
- Work experience in a deli department preferred
- Prior experience operating manual and power slicers and scales preferred
- Knowledge of deli products preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Slice, package, and weigh deli products including meats and cheeses
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the deli department and display cases
- Provide assistance and excellent customer service to members
- Receive, inspect, stock, rotate, and store deli products according to company policies
- Ensure all products meet freshness and quality standards
- Operate deli equipment safely and perform regular cleaning and sanitization
- Accurately weigh and price items and maintain scale systems
- Follow all club policies and procedures
- Support other departments as needed
