Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 18 years of age
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and with assistance for heavier items
Willingness to work in varying temperature environments including freezers and ovens
Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
Reliable and predictable attendance
Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service

Job Qualifications

Work experience in a deli department preferred
Prior experience operating manual and power slicers and scales preferred
Knowledge of deli products preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

Slice, package, and weigh deli products including meats and cheeses
Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the deli department and display cases
Provide assistance and excellent customer service to members
Receive, inspect, stock, rotate, and store deli products according to company policies
Ensure all products meet freshness and quality standards
Operate deli equipment safely and perform regular cleaning and sanitization
Accurately weigh and price items and maintain scale systems
Follow all club policies and procedures
Support other departments as needed
