Job Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Strong communication skills
Willingness to provide exceptional customer service
Basic math and reading skills
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience a plus but not required
Strong listening and communication skills, both face-to-face and virtually
Detail-oriented and organized approach
Ability to follow procedures in an organized and efficient manner
Willingness to learn and use job-specific technology
Problem-solving skills and eagerness to troubleshoot
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Desire to work consistently with customers

Job Duties

Build rapport with customers
Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language
Respond to customer questions in an effective manner
Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards
Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers
Work in departments such as Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Grocery
