- High school or GED
- Six months customer service experience in a food and beverage role
- Ability to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a current Food Handlers Certification

- Deli clerk experience
- Cash handling or food handling experience
- Alcohol awareness certification
- Food safety certification
- Experience in resort or hotel hospitality industry
- Three or more years of experience in food and beverage
Job Duties
- Prepares and serves deli food and beverage items and promotes sales of retail merchandise
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, greeting customers and keeping them happy, and taking orders
- Ensures the quality of food and service is at an exceptional level displaying warmth and friendliness to guests and owners
- Responds to all guest requests to ensure client satisfaction
- Willing to pitch-in and help co-workers with their job duties and being an outstanding teammate
