Job Description
Harris Teeter is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in managing and supervising up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department. This role involves supporting the Department Manager in coordinating and evaluating departmental operations in alignment with Harris Teeter's policies and standards.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- experience in bakery, food service, or similar roles preferred
- strong leadership and organizational skills
