As a Deli Bakery Associate at MDBS, you have the unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful mission while building your career in the food retail industry. This full-time or part-time position primarily involves assisting with the preparation and service of hot foods and prepared meals, along with deli and bakery-related responsibilities. Typical shifts run from 8 am to 4:30 pm, offering a work schedule that can accommodate various lifestyles. In this role, you will slice deli meats and cheeses to customers' specifications, prepare custom party trays and sandwiches, and maintain well-stocked and organized displays. You will also ensure proper sanitation and food handling standards, contribute to a teamwork-oriented environment, and potentially perform additional tasks such as cake decorating, baking, and rotisserie chicken preparation.
