The Deli Bakery Associate role at MDBS is a part-time position offering 15 to 20 hours per week, designed for individuals who want a flexible schedule but are passionate about food service and customer care. This role involves working hands-on in deli and bakery sections of commissaries to prepare deli meats and cheeses, create custom party trays, and make sandwiches tailored to customer requests. In addition to slicing and preparation, associates assist with stocking and organizing displays, maintaining cleanliness adhering to food safety standards, and supporting other team members during busy periods. This multi-skilled position may also require tasks like cake decorating, baking, rotisserie chicken preparation, and other related responsibilities.
