The role of Deli Bakery Associate at MDBS is a part-time position designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy dynamic, hands-on work. This role offers 15 to 20 hours of work per week with flexibility, including mandatory weekend shifts to meet the demands of our customers. As a Deli Bakery Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the deli and bakery departments, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and overall store success. Your responsibilities will range from slicing deli meats and cheeses precisely according to customer requests to preparing custom party trays and sandwiches that meet various needs and preferences.
