The role of Deli Bakery Associate (Part-Time) is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for customer service and food preparation. This position offers approximately 15 hours per week with shifts generally scheduled from 9 AM to 2 PM, with some flexibility. As a Deli Bakery Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks ranging from slicing deli meats and cheeses to preparing custom party trays and sandwiches tailored to customer requests. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with stocking and organizing displays and supporting shipment processing. Maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and food safety is vital to this role. Depending on the business need, duties may also extend to cake decorating, baking, or preparing rotisserie chickens.

MDBS values cross-trained team members, so readiness to learn and assist in both bakery and deli operations is highly encouraged. With the possibility of weekend shifts, the role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
