Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
Experience in retail cake decorating
Willing to cross-train in bakery and deli tasks
Effective and friendly communication skills
Knowledge of basic math
Ability to follow written guidelines
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
Ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift
Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time
Team player

Job Duties

Decorate cakes within 15-20 minutes from start to finish
Fill production cases and stock the floor or display tables with baked goods
Maintain enthusiastic customer service and teamwork through positive communication
Assist other team members as needed
Ensure proper sanitation of the department, equipment, and food handling
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Handle stressful situations calmly
