Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- minimum one year counter experience
- previous food handling experience
- valid Washington State food handler's card
- must be able to handle cash and credit card transactions
- must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- must be able to bend, reach, and squat
- must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
- must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
- must obtain Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission
- pre-employment drug testing required
- Indian Preference in hiring applies
Job Qualifications

- strong guest service skills
- ability to work all scheduled shifts including days, swings, graveyard, and holidays
Job Duties
- Serve hot and cold beverages
- prepare and serve food items
- handle inventory and restock counters, display coolers, sandwich bar, and steam table neatly and according to holding requirements
- maintain cleanliness of all display equipment and deli area
- handle cash and credit card transactions
- comply with food safety and gaming regulations
- perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager
