Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain
- successful completion of pre-employment drug test and background check
- minimum 0-3 years supervisory experience preferred
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and pull loads up to 250 lbs
- effective communication skills in English
- willingness to work varied shifts
- ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- strong customer service skills
- exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills
- ability to operate deli equipment such as slicers, ovens, scales, knives, box cutters and pricing guns
- knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
- ability to work effectively within a team environment
- basic math skills for inventory and labeling
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
