Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and/or walk 100% of time
- Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
- Frequently lift up to 10 lbs
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Flexible to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Willingness to stand and walk 100% of the time
Job Duties
- Prepare all deli items to order and in a timely manner
- Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Manager on duty
- Garnish the line properly at all times
- Check quality of food items ensuring standards of taste, appearance, and correct temperature
- Report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or Manager on duty
- Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner following Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives
- Post all necessary signage and merchandise service area
