Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
  • Food Handlers certification may be required
  • Ability to stand and walk approximately 95-100 percent of shift
  • Ability to bend, reach, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Open availability to work any shifts as needed
  • 1-2 years experience in quick service or guest service supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in quick service restaurant environment
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ability to train and maintain guest service delivery
  • Ability to be a leadership partner with management and staff
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to motivate and lead staff to achieve goals
  • General knowledge of computers and POS systems
  • Basic business math skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to assess and evaluate safety hazards
  • Ability to communicate and maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to read, write and speak English effectively

Job Duties

  • Support Restaurant Manager in supervising team delivering quality, guest service, food cost, labor cost, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
  • Run shifts and manage execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Know all work station functions and complete necessary paperwork
  • Supervise 1 to 7 team members
  • Ensure objectives are reached following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to restaurant team
  • Support staffing decisions including interviews and disciplinary actions
  • Use Point of Sale system to process orders and handle payments
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Make recommendations to enhance restaurant operations
  • Attend business meetings for training and development
  • Implement training and development plans
  • Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed while clocked in
