The role of Delivery Helper at SRS Distribution is critical for smooth and efficient delivery operations. This position involves assisting with the loading and unloading of building materials, locating job sites accurately, and ensuring the job site is properly prepared and restored after deliveries. Job Duties
- Compliance with company, state and federal safety guidelines including OSHA and DOT
- Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork and loaded product to verify order accuracy
- Safely unload product and deliver to customer assigned areas
- Secure mud, equipment, metal, and pallet on truck
- Navigate routes accurately to the job site
- Load and restore job sites as required
- Prepare truck and equipment for next day deliveries
