SRS Distribution Inc. is known for its commitment to investing in its workforce, providing extensive training, growth opportunities, and a supportive work-life balance to all its employees. Committed to diversity and equal opportunity, the company ensures a welcoming environment where all team members can thrive regardless of their background. The workplace culture emphasizes servant leadership, integrity, and collaboration while empowering employees to bring their full selves to work and contribute to the company’s success.

The Delivery Driver role at Badgerland Supply plays a crucial part in the smooth operations of the company by safely and efficiently operating commercial motor vehicles to deliver building materials to both commercial and residential job sites. The position demands adherence to strict company policies as well as federal and state regulations governing commercial transportation. This is a key responsible role where punctuality, safety, and customer service excellence are paramount. The delivery driver works not only independently but also as part of a team, assisting with loading and unloading materials, inspecting vehicles for safety defects, and maintaining compliance documentation required by regulatory agencies. Physical stamina is important as this job frequently involves lifting heavy materials weighing over 100 pounds.

The role requires a professional attitude, the ability to communicate effectively with customers and management, and a strong sense of judgment to prioritize deliveries and manage stress in deadline-driven environments. A successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of integrity, teamwork, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Badgerland Supply offers this position on a full-time basis at their De Pere location, emphasizing opportunities for career growth, competitive compensation, and comprehensive employee benefits. The company also encourages diversity and inclusivity, providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities and fostering a culture where all voices are valued.
