At the heart of these services is the Restaurant within Mitchell Hall, known for its welcoming atmosphere and quality food and beverage offerings. The college places a high value on customer service, employee satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This ensures that every guest's experience is memorable and that the staff operates efficiently and respectfully in a collaborative setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, taking drink and meal orders accurately, recommending drinks or wines tailored to guest preferences, and serving both food and beverages in a timely manner. In addition to service duties, the Bartender will play an important role in communicating effectively with management, culinary staff, and other team members to maintain smooth operations. Monitoring alcohol consumption and managing challenging situations while keeping management informed is also a critical aspect of the role.
