Job Duties
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, and other needs
- be knowledgeable about food and beverage menus, current promotions, and specials, and answer guests' questions clearly
- accurately enter orders into POS system
- retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
- collect guests' payments, ensure transaction accuracy, and provide correct change promptly
- perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework
- pack and verify all ToGo orders with guests
- greet guests at the curbside pickup area
