Job Duties

  • Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
  • support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, and other needs
  • be knowledgeable about food and beverage menus, current promotions, and specials, and answer guests' questions clearly
  • accurately enter orders into POS system
  • retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area and deliver them to guests in a timely manner
  • collect guests' payments, ensure transaction accuracy, and provide correct change promptly
  • perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework
  • pack and verify all ToGo orders with guests
  • greet guests at the curbside pickup area
