Job Description

Established as a trusted family-owned business with decades of experience in the transportation industry, our company is dedicated to delivering excellence in freight services across the Pacific Northwest. We prioritize safety, on-time deliveries, and outstanding customer service while fostering a supportive work environment for our drivers. Our operations primarily run between Goodyear, Arizona, and Seattle, Washington, including points throughout the Pacific Northwest (PNW). Our fleet features dedicated Freightliner Cascadia trucks that ensure comfort and reliability on every haul. We understand the importance of work-life balance and ensure our drivers are typically home every week, usually from Thursday to Friday, providing 34-48 hours of home time weekly. We operate with a commitment to safety and modern practices, including the use of inward and outward-facing cameras and governed truck speeds at 68 miles per hour. This helps maintain standards and supports our drivers in safe driving practices. We do not allow passengers or pets at this time to adhere to safety protocols and focus on our professional standards. Drivers will often engage in touch freight, assisting with unloading customer shipments, mainly pallets, utilizing pallet jacks. Occasional down stacking and sorting of cases, primarily refrigerated food, beverages, and airline supplies, are part of the role. Our compensation model is competitive starting at .71 cents per mile (cpm), with additional pay for backhauls and extra earnings during holiday loads. Drivers benefit from regular performance reviews and have the opportunity for pay increases and bonuses at the end of the year, based on safety and job performance. We offer comprehensive benefits after just 30 days, including excellent health and dental insurance options with low deductibles, paid time off covering vacations, sick leave, and ten paid holidays each year. Additionally, our 401(k) plan comes with a dollar-for-dollar employer match on the first 6% of contributions, supporting your long-term financial security. We follow all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations strictly to ensure you return home safely each week with fulfilling and efficient work. Unlike typical trucking companies, our emphasis is on building lasting partnerships with employees and customers alike. Our drivers report a positive, supportive culture dedicated to professional respect and work satisfaction. If you are an experienced driver with a clean or minor infraction driving record, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to take on the challenge, we encourage you to apply. We value your contribution and offer a career path with excellent earning potential and stability. Join us to be part of a team that truly cares about your safety, work experience, and home time.
