Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to perform repetitive motions regularly
- able to work in a fast paced environment using both hands with frequent bending, stooping, twisting, occasional walking, and lifting/moving up to 25 pounds
- able to stand for full shifts
- able to push and pull wheeled bowls over 750 pounds
- able to work over 40 hours per week and 8 hours per day with overtime ability
- able to tolerate potential allergens such as peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Work and act safely in accordance with all policies
- report safety hazards to people or product and comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices
- supply cake product to line and apply controlled ingredient portions of icing, filling, or garnishes with specified tools as per product specifications and decorating techniques
- understand product specification sheets and adjust tools and techniques to finish products with minimal supervision in various assembly stages
- follow Good Manufacturing Practices by adhering to company policy and maintaining clean work areas and equipment
- operate and make minor adjustments to automatic icing equipment
- operate and make minor adjustments to automatic packaging equipment
- monitor equipment performance and report damaged or faulty equipment
- inspect packaging materials for uniformity and complete packaging according to specifications
- inspect finished product for uniformity and reject products out of specification
- perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor including rotating through finishing line positions
- keep area clean during downtime, changeovers and at end of shift
- comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures
- ensure the food safety of all products
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
