Job Requirements

Experience in baking or a related role is preferred
Knowledge of baking techniques, guidelines, and sanitation regulations
Food safety certification
Competency in basic arithmetic and numerical calculations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods
Willingness to follow uniform guidelines and use PPE

Job Qualifications

Experience in baking or a related role is preferred
Thorough knowledge of baking techniques, guidelines, and sanitation regulations
Food safety certification is compulsory
Competency in basic arithmetic and numerical calculations
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to perform physical duties like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
Willingness to adhere to uniform guidelines and utilize personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Duties

Create a selection of baked treats by adhering to production standards and following prescribed recipes
Arrange work surface with all essential supplies and ingredients for baking
Put together components by quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and other necessary preparations
Operate baking tools such as ovens, stoves, and mixers
Take precautions to use utensils, like knives, safely and effectively during meal preparation
Adhere to guidelines for the safe storage of food products
Follow proper hygiene protocols by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
Sustain high levels of customer service and project a positive outlook when interacting with guests, clients, customers, and colleagues
Comply with Aramark's safety policies, including appropriate food handling and hygiene practices
Uphold the safety of organizational assets by complying with established security guidelines
