As an Automotive Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind daily operations, responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining our high standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who enjoys working closely with Shift Leads, Team Leads, and Valet/Parking Attendants to foster a positive and productive work environment. You will engage directly in various roles to keep operations moving, supervise shifts, and cultivate a culture of support and friendliness among your team.
Your leadership will help identify and mentor emerging talent within the team, supporting their growth and ensuring safety and operational standards are consistently met. You will tackle operational challenges as they arise, providing valuable feedback to management and maintaining accurate daily reports. Addressing customer or client feedback promptly is also an essential aspect of the role to maintain exceptional service quality.
This position requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of different locations. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where creativity, problem-solving, and a commitment to our core values are essential. Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- previous supervisor or leadership experience
- strong communication skills
- excellent customer service ability
- valid driver’s license
- proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office
- availability for minimum 30 hours per week year-round with flexibility
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- well-organized and proactive approach
Job Qualifications
- You must be at least 18 years old
- previous experience in a similar role is a plus but you must have previous supervisor or leadership experience
- strong communication skills including proficiency in chatting and writing
- excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues with a smile
- valid driver’s license with confidence behind the wheel
- proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office
- availability to work at least 30 hours per week year-round with flexibility to accommodate specific location needs
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- well-organized and proactive with the ability to adapt to challenges
