The role we are hiring for is dynamic and fast-paced, emphasizing not only technical skills but also an exceptional commitment to client service and safety. You'll be working primarily during regular business hours, typically from the morning to late afternoon, with shifts running Monday through Saturday from either 7:00 am to 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and limited demand on evenings or Sundays. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers with world-class hospitality, safely moving vehicles throughout the dealership, organizing and maintaining vehicle inventory, and providing additional support as needed. In some locations, vehicle washing, parts delivery, and quality control are also part of the job, offering less customer interaction and a varied work experience.

Our team members that are eligible and trained may also have opportunities to drive vehicles and customers off-site, further expanding their responsibilities and skillset. To ensure each vehicle is delivered to our high standards, thorough cleaning involving pressure washing, vacuuming, hand drying, and more is expected.
