The role we offer is dynamic and fast-paced, centered on delivering world-class customer service in a supportive environment. Team members work standard business hours, mostly from morning to late afternoon, with shifts available Monday through Saturday between 7 AM and 6 PM. The position involves greeting customers with exceptional hospitality and safely moving vehicles throughout dealership lots without pressure or rush. Responsibilities also include organizing and managing vehicle inventories and, at some locations, providing vehicle wash, parts delivery, and quality control services for a quieter work environment with less customer interaction.

One of the unique opportunities within certain dealership locations includes the chance to drive vehicles and customers off-site around the city once eligible and properly trained, further expanding the skill set of our team. Cleaning tasks are also vital, ensuring all vehicles meet Citrin's high standards for presentation by performing detailed cleaning of interior and exterior surfaces. Beyond the core duties, team members gain exposure to the operational aspects of dealership business through various tasks that enhance learning and development.
