Our company is dedicated to providing exceptional service that enhances the customer experience within automotive retail environments. We pride ourselves on creating transformative job experiences for our team members while delivering extraordinary service to our dealership partners. Rooted deeply in our core values of Servant Leadership, Ownership, Heart, Excellence, and Growth, we strive to build a community that fosters thriving personal, professional, and financial development for thousands of our team members over the next decade.
Our purpose is to deliver superior hospitality and operational excellence to car dealerships, ensuring that every interaction between our team and customers leaves a lasting positive impression. We believe in empowering our team through continuous growth opportunities and a supportive work culture that emphasizes safety and client satisfaction. Whether greeting customers with world-class hospitality or moving vehicles safely around dealership lots, our team members play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards we set in every aspect of our service.
This full-time/part-time role offers competitive and stable pay starting at $17 per hour with weekly pay every Friday. We offer flexible schedules that accommodate personal goals and commitments, including morning to late afternoon shifts with limited evening demands and dealership closures on Sundays. The role includes engaging tasks such as vehicle movement, inventory organization, vehicle washing, parts delivery, and quality control, varying by location. It provides an excellent environment for developing networking and client service skills, with opportunities for advancement into higher-paying roles based on performance. Over 90 percent of our management team, including VPs, Directors, and our CFO, started in entry-level positions like this, demonstrating our commitment to promoting from within.
As a member of our team, you will work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where safety and focus are paramount. Driving responsibilities may be offered to eligible and properly trained team members, including driving vehicles and customers off-site. Attention to detail in vehicle cleaning to meet our Citrin Standards is also an essential part of the job. We encourage a proactive attitude and a passion for exceptional service while fostering a positive team atmosphere that embodies our core values in every customer and teammate interaction.
