The role involves working typical business hours from morning until late afternoon, with limited evening demand and closed Sundays. Shift times are scheduled Monday through Saturday with morning and afternoon shifts available. Responsibilities include greeting customers with a focus on delivering world-class hospitality, safely moving and organizing vehicle inventory around the dealership, and occasionally providing services such as vehicle washing, parts delivery, and quality control. These side tasks provide variety and suit those who prefer less customer interaction. Selected and trained team members may have the opportunity to drive vehicles and customers off-site, adding a dynamic aspect to the role. All tasks contribute to a fast-paced yet safe and engaging environment that demands an unmatched level of client service and pride in workmanship. Vehicle cleaning includes detailed tasks such as wheel cleaning, pressure washing, hand drying, and vacuuming interiors to ensure every vehicle meets Citrin standards upon re-delivery.
