This program typically spans 60 to 90 days, depending on the trainee's prior experience, and is structured to equip participants with comprehensive skills and knowledge across various business functions. Enrollees benefit from competitive compensation including weekly pay and performance bonuses, and have access to a full range of company benefits. The training instills the importance of putting people first and fosters a culture of friendly competition, which is instrumental in driving overall business growth and individual success.\n\nParticipants in the management training program receive extensive support, mentoring, and learning opportunities. They acquire leadership competencies as well as expertise in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations management. Training involves hands-on experience working alongside operational teams in existing locations, with potential travel to new customer launch sites across the country. Trainees act as the face of Citrin to clients and their customers, embracing responsibilities that range from operational assistance to strategic contributions aimed at organizational growth. Upon completion of the program, trainees will have mastered the capabilities necessary to manage their own market area, overseeing multiple dealership teams with 15 to over 50 employees.
Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Available to work 45 to 50 hours per week
- No recent drug or alcohol related convictions
- At least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
- s Minimum of 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- s Leadership experience in sales, hospitality, retail, military, academic or community organizations
- s Valid driver's license held for at least one year with no significant infractions
- s Ability to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
- s No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years
- s Must be at least 18 years old
- s Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Oversee daily valet operations for assigned location
