Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Available to work 45 to 50 hours per week
- No recent drug or alcohol related convictions
- At least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
- s Minimum of 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer-focused environment
- s Leadership experience in sales, hospitality, retail, military, academic or community organizations
- s Valid driver's license held for at least one year with no significant infractions
- s Ability to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
- s No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years
- s Must be at least 18 years old
- s Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Oversee daily valet operations for assigned location
- s Develop leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and professional communication
- s Motivate and empower team members to deliver world-class hospitality
- s Effectively manage personnel and hold them accountable to performance standards
- s Create and manage employee schedules, daily operational reports, and budget allocations
