This commitment fuels the organization’s vision to create a thriving community composed of thousands of team members who excel personally, professionally, and financially over the next decade. Citrin is dedicated to creating transformative job experiences for its team members while delivering extraordinary service to its partners, making it a standout leader in the hospitality and automotive services industry.

The company is currently offering a Management Training Program designed to groom the next generation of leaders who will operate within their expanding network. This intensive program is structured to equip trainees with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue successful careers both inside and outside of the industry. The training period ranges from 60 to 90 days depending on the trainee’s prior experience, with a comprehensive compensation package that includes weekly pay, performance bonuses, and various benefits. Trainees will gain hands-on experience working alongside established teams at existing locations and have opportunities to travel to new customer launch sites throughout the United States.

Participants in this program will be immersed in all facets of leadership development such as customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. The training emphasizes the importance of putting people first and fosters a culture of friendly competition which is critical both to company growth and individual success. Trainees will act as front-line representatives of Citrin to clients and their customers, providing real-world experience leading teams and managing daily operations, from scheduling and reporting to budget allocation.

Graduates of the Management Training Program will be prepared to oversee the management of multiple dealerships, handling anywhere from 15 to over 50 employees. This leadership role requires an entrepreneurial mindset combined with professional communication skills. Through the program, trainees develop the ability to motivate and empower teams to maintain high standards of hospitality and operational excellence, ensuring an exceptional experience for all clientele. The organization places a strong emphasis on mentorship and personal growth, providing ongoing support to help trainees successfully transition into managerial roles and beyond.

Offering a competitive first-year salary between $45,000 and $50,000 per year, Citrin provides a workplace that values growth potential and work-life flexibility. Moreover, the company operates on a culture built around transparency and open communication, enhancing employee engagement and retention. This unique blend of hospitality and automotive service roles enables team members to work in a vibrant, rewarding setting where professional development is a priority.

Safety is paramount at Citrin, as evidenced by their investment in dashcam technology to protect their drivers and promote safe driving habits. All team members who operate vehicles are required to use dashcams, reflecting the company’s proactive approach to employee wellbeing. Additionally, Citrin conducts thorough background and motor vehicle record checks as part of the hiring process to ensure a secure and trustworthy work environment.
