The role of Dealership Valet Manager at DealerFLEX, located in Fort Washington, PA, is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated leader with experience in the automotive industry or related fields. Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven supervisory experience preferably in valet or automotive industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and at least 5 years driving experience
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
  • Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with employees and clients
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized management of schedules and operations
  • Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 5 years driving experience and a clean record

Job Duties
