Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in automotive industry
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with 5 years driving experience and clean record
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments adapting to weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Leadership experience, preferably supervisory experience in the automotive industry

- Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving experience and a clean record
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the Service Drive Team - onboard, train, and oversee daily operations
- Ensure operational excellence - maintain standard operating procedures and company policies
- Drive safety and compliance - conduct daily safety reviews and staff training
- Build strong client relationships - establish regular meetings with dealership management
- Oversee payroll and scheduling - manage time tracking, attendance, and budgeting
- Develop future leaders - mentor employees and identify management potential
