The role of the Dealership Office Receptionist at Corwin Ford of Spokane is a full-time position that offers a competitive wage starting at $18 plus per hour, commensurate with experience. This role is pivotal in managing the dealership's front office operations, serving as the initial point of contact for customers and visitors. The receptionist is responsible for handling incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing communication to appropriate departments, and greeting customers with professionalism and courtesy. Beyond answering phones and assisting visitors, the receptionist supports various administrative tasks such as document scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records essential for the dealership's daily functions.
This position also involves assisting in ordering and managing office supplies, cross-training with other office staff on responsibilities including deposits and accounts payable support, and aiding in basic financial reconciliations like petty cash balancing. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in receptionist, administrative, customer service, clerical, banking, or office roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work comfortably with numbers and perform basic financial reconciliations
