Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Dependable and available for a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must pass background and drug screening
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage pickup and delivery of fleet and heavy duty trucks up to F-750
  • Greet customers arriving at the dealership and provide attentive, professional guest service
  • Manage valet parking and vehicle movement throughout the dealership lot
  • Deliver customer vehicles, both cars and trucks to and from customer homes
  • Handle guest inquiries about service, sales, and dealership amenities in person, by phone, or by email
  • Keep guest-facing areas clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day
  • Support deliveries, errands, and additional dealership tasks as directed
