As a Dealership Customer Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for meticulously transporting vehicles amongst the dealership, customers, and designated vendors to maintain an efficient vehicle flow and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes professionalism, punctuality, and precise adherence to safety standards.

The role demands excellent time management skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with the Service Manager and Service Director to coordinate vehicle deliveries. You will be responsible for verifying critical paperwork such as invoices and payments for accuracy during every transaction to ensure transparency and accountability. Keeping a detailed log of all deliveries and securing recipient signatures is necessary to maintain thorough records. In addition to managing customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring all driving activities conform to safety protocols and immediately reporting any incidents or damage claims is essential.

Our Dealership Customer Shuttle Driver will maintain a professional appearance at all times and deliver exceptional customer service, reflecting the high standards of the dealership. This position also includes performing additional duties as assigned to support the overall service department functions. The role requires working indoors and outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions, and the physical demands include walking, standing, handling vehicle doors and controls, and occasionally lifting or pushing items weighing up to 25 pounds.
