The role of Dealer Support Account Representative at MasterSpas is a dynamic, full-time position designed for individuals who excel at building strong professional relationships and solving complex problems. This is not a conventional customer service job answering repetitive inquiries; instead, it is an opportunity to become the trusted point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of dealers across North America and beyond. The position requires proactive management of dealer accounts, anticipating needs, coordinating shipments, resolving challenges before they escalate, and ensuring an excellent dealer experience from order placement through delivery. This role involves a blend of account management, customer support, logistics coordination, and interdepartmental collaboration.
At MasterSpas, a Dealer Support Account Representative is instrumental in maintaining smooth order processes by handling sales orders, packing slips, and dealer documentation with accuracy and vigilance. The representative works closely with Production, Shipping, Sales, and Accounting departments to coordinate shipment schedules and delivery timelines effectively. This role demands forward thinking, foresight, and the ability to organize multiple moving parts without losing focus on the overall objectives. Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support, account management, sales support, logistics, or a fast-paced business environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Capacity to stay calm under changing priorities
- Ability to organize multiple moving parts
- Forward-thinking and proactive attitude
- Decision-making skills and ownership mentality
- Availability to work full-time Monday through Thursday with half-day Fridays
- Willingness to work in person
