This position is tasked with managing ongoing dealer and field communication activities such as dealer newsletters, credit and sales communications, commercial messaging, and monthly internal sales recaps. The role demands strong project management skills to coordinate multi-channel communication execution strategies, develop compelling content, and oversee creative elements while collaborating with various departments for review and approvals. The manager also spearheads dealer and field engagement event planning and execution, ensuring seamless coordination of signature gatherings including Dealer Summits, Sales Rallies, Circle of Excellence, and regional meetings. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to influence communications that impact dealer audiences directly and play a pivotal part in fostering engagement and alignment across sales and field teams. The position requires adherence to legal and compliance standards, coordination with outsourced vendors, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the company. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in B2B communications
  • Experience in automotive or financial services preferred
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage outsourced vendors
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe programs
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in B2B communications
  • Automotive or financial services experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field

  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Job Duties

  • Manage ongoing dealer and field communication activities including newsletters, sales, credit, and commercial communications
  • Research, write, and develop content for dealer communications
  • Plan and execute multi-channel communication strategies
  • Coordinate communication reviews and approvals with legal and compliance departments
  • Manage outsourced vendors providing communication assets
  • Plan, communicate, and execute dealer and field engagement events such as Circle of Excellence, Dealer Summit, Sales Rally, and regional meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution
