Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in B2B communications
- Experience in automotive or financial services preferred
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage outsourced vendors
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Sound understanding of marketing principles
- Ability to work independently and in teams

- Willingness to challenge existing practices
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in B2B communications
- Automotive or financial services experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work with outsourced vendors for deliverables
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Strong business writing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail with customer-centric approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Sound understanding of marketing principles
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team

Job Duties
- Manage ongoing dealer and field communication activities including newsletters, sales, credit, and commercial communications
- Research, write, and develop content for dealer communications
- Plan and execute multi-channel communication strategies
- Coordinate communication reviews and approvals with legal and compliance departments
- Manage outsourced vendors providing communication assets
- Plan, communicate, and execute dealer and field engagement events such as Circle of Excellence, Dealer Summit, Sales Rally, and regional meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution
