This job listing is for a Data Center (DC) Technician role, available on a 12-month contract basis. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a commitment to adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) to support 24/7 operational continuity.

Because these environments are mission-critical, the DC Technician will regularly respond to incidents, troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues, and document all maintenance activities and hardware changes accurately in inventory or asset tracking systems. Participation in rotating shifts or on-call schedules is a requirement to provide continuous support, reflecting the company's commitment to operational excellence.
