This position is for a Custodial and Maintenance worker based at one of O'Reilly Auto Parts' distribution centers. The role entails performing comprehensive housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the entire distribution facility, ensuring clean, safe, and well-maintained environments for all team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for emptying trash and cardboard containers, sweeping floors, operating floor scrubbing equipment and cardboard balers, and maintaining janitorial supplies. Additional responsibilities include assisting the maintenance team in various tasks such as organizing the tote repair area, maintaining building grounds through activities like snow removal, lawn mowing, and trash collection, as well as supporting general maintenance duties as needed. Safety is a critical focus in this role, with the expectation that the employee will maintain safety standards during all operations and promptly identify and report unsafe practices or conditions.

The position is hourly, with a competitive pay range of $21.00 to $24.25 per hour, which may include additional premiums based on schedule, facility, or specific work performed.
