The role at the USA HomeGoods Store located in Montgomery Township, Pennsylvania, is a key position responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects TJX’s customer first philosophy. This role requires engaging and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain high operational standards that include merchandise presentation, store cleanliness, and loss prevention. The position offers a starting pay range of $13.75 to $14.25 per hour, with actual pay determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. As a member of the HomeGoods team, you will support the store’s positive culture through honesty, integrity, and respect while learning about retail operations in a dynamic environment. The role is designed for growth, with opportunities to be cross-trained in multiple areas of the store to meet business needs.

This position’s responsibilities include ringing customer purchases accurately, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor according to company standards, and participating in store recovery and maintenance to ensure a clean and organized environment. Associates are also tasked with helping to meet store shrink reduction goals and maintaining safety awareness. The role emphasizes effective communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
